In the wood house, we realized this apartment on one level, completely in wood with modern technics.

This apartment is composed by one sleeping room, two bathrooms with shower, one kitchen / living room with a double sofa / bed.

It is about 60 square meters and is foreseen for maximum two + two persons.

It has a private outside pergola of about 15 square meters with table and chairs to sit and eat outside.

The entrance is directly from the external of the house

It is equipped for winter with a heat pump, and for summer of an air condition system.

Hot water is provided by solar thermal system and electricity by solar photo-voltaic system

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, dishes and tools.

Washing machine is in the apartment.
